KnowViz is an AI-powered visual learning platform that transforms complex concepts into easy-to-understand visual explanations. The Service includes web applications, mobile applications, and all related services provided by KnowViz.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided for your personal or commercial use, subject to your subscription plan. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use.

5.4 Labeling of AI-Generated Content

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the Service will apply conspicuous labels to content generated by AI. You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter such labels when using, sharing, or distributing any content generated by the Service.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

6.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You agree to pay all fees according to your selected plan.

6.2 Free Trial

New users receive 3 free visual explanations. No credit card is required for the free trial.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of payment if you're unsatisfied with the Service.

6.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KnowViz and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding, for the purpose of these Terms, the laws of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If such negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the defendant's domicile for resolution through litigation.
